Get Slim & Trim Before Getting Into That Swimsuit

If you are anything like us, we tend to over-indulge in winter. Why? Because whose going to even notice? And then a few days into September you start realising that summer is approaching and you need to get your act together! And then you spend the majority of September planning your ‘Slim Down Fast’ routine. By the time you have completed that, VOILA! It’s mid-October. Welcome to reality…

First things first: Get rid of all the junk in your house

The easiest way to get started with your health plan, is to remove any and all tempation that might set you back. Having chips, sweets and chocolates lying around the house means there is a lot of room for indulging in those. We think, if you are surrounded by healthy foods, you don’t notice that there isnt anything unhealthy to snack on.     Oh no it’s that time of year again for me! This winter was not too bad on my because it wasn’t so cold as previous years but here’s my tip that is the same as yours: swap water for everything. if you feel the need for a snack, drink a big bottle of water. The water retention fills your stomach and makes you less hungry. happy slimming everyone
