How To Use Hemp Oil In Your Beauty Routine

hemp oil

Everything’s been said about the wonders of Hemp oil. It’s the only plant source of vitamin D, is brimming with amino acid variety, is loaded with the best essential fatty acids ratio and is the most unsaturated oil.

But, have you heard how excellent it is for your skin?

Yes it is! In fact, Hemp oil can replace most of your skincare products. Here are five ways to use it.

Five good reasons to include hemp oil in your beauty routine

1. Restores tired skin

Hemp oil works just like a skin serum to replenish your skin. All you have to do is massage it into cleansed facial skin before going to bed. Then in the morning, you won’t only look, but feel years younger! What’s more, it’s inexpensive compared to conventional skin serums.

2. Moisturizes dry skin

Hemp oil is great for dry skin! All you have to do is rub the oil into the dry, cracked areas for an instant deep conditioning treatment. In addition, massage in the oil onto very dry hands or feet and then wear gloves or socks overnight. You’ll wake up with the softest skin ever! You can also relieve a dry, itchy scalp by massaging a tablespoon or two of hemp and allowing it to sit for 10 to 20 minutes before washing as normal.

3. Reduces acne and breakouts

Hemp oil draws out sebum plugs that trigger whiteheads, acne, cysts and blackheads. It also helps prevent these skin problems. Simply massage the oil into problem areas for a few minutes. Ensure you do this every day for best results.

4. Relieves atopic dermatitis

Drinking two tablespoons of hemp oil daily can help relieve atopic dermatitis, or eczema. What’s more, it offers your overall health a number of benefits when you consume it internally. You can add it to salad dressings or even use it as a butter replacement on potatoes, vegetables, rice or toast. Just remember, hemp oil isn’t suitable for high-heat cooking.

5. Deep cleans pores

Apply hemp to your dry, clean face and then steam by laying a moderately hot damp face cloth over your face and letting it sit until it cools down. This will help not only clean out your pores but detox your skin too.
