Furthermore, if you’re watching your weight, don’t stress! Those who ate plenty of nuts i the study didn’t have a higher BMI than those who didn’t. This is because nuts are high in healthy fats and macronutrients. Thus they make a great anti-fatigue snack.
Third energy tip – Listen to your body for a more restful sleep
As much as it seems obvious, it’s easy to forget: If you want to feel energetic, you need sleep enough! Also, there’s nothing worse than waking up in the middle of a dream. It can make you groggy for the rest of the morning!
