Let Go And Take A Sound Journey

A sound journey is a guided ambient meditation with live instruments and sacred chants to help you let go and journey to connect with the Source within.

The invitation is to rest, observe, feel and sense into all the sounds created in the space around you. Singing bowls, rain-stick, wave-maker, pentatonic chimes, bells, monochord overtones and tongue drum. Also, buffalo drum, shells, shakers, ukulele, guitar, chant, mantra and overtone singing all have their own magic and medicine. During a sound journey you will hear the harmonic sounds of monochord music. A monochord is a multi-stringed instrument, whose strings are all attuned to the Aum frequency.

A monochord is a multi-stringed instrument, whose strings are all attuned to the Aum frequency. Sound is, quite literally, the creative formative basis of the universe. Sacred sound is a universal pathway that leads us back to Source. When we journey with sacred sound we bring ourselves closer to the Source of Love which is eternal and transcends all concepts of time, tradition or religion. A sound journey is an invitation is an invitation to experience the realms of feeling and sensing in order to perceive the effects of sound and mantra on our state of being.

“In many shamanic societies, if you came to a medicine person disheartened, dispirited or depressed, they would ask you one of four questions:’ When did you stop dancing? Also, when did you stop singing? When did stories stop enchanting you? And, when did the sweet territory of silence stop comforting you?” Gabrielle Roth

When we sing we find ourselves in harmony and resonance with life and with love

Singing develops our capacity to feel, to listen, to co-operate, to hold our own centre and to transcend our limits. It connects us with our innate creativity, clears our energy and allows us to bridge realms and times, uniting us with the eternal side of our being. Singing deepens our breath, is wonderfully relaxing; it harmonises our brain hemispheres and integrates our thoughts, feelings and actions.

Devotional singing raise our consciousness and collectively bring our souls into alignment with peace, love and ineffable joy. In doing so, we build a sonic energy sphere, which we send to the universe and through all the dimensions as an offering of healing love, to assist wherever someone needs it. In Devotional singing we connect with best in each other, with nature and with All That Is.
