When you stumble into a hot iron or spill boiling water over yourself, your first instinct should be to head for cold water. That is smart! The sooner you get the temperature of your skin back to normal, the less damage you’ll have. You can soak the area in cold water or use wet towels that were soaked in cold water. Try to keep the burned area in the water until the pain stops.
Here’s a wrap up of what you missed here at Life Retreat this week. Have an awesome weekend!

The oatmeal recipe I’ll share with you today is not only abundant in vitamins, minerals, lipids and fibre, but contains Chia seeds – making it an even more healthier option. Get your recipe here.
