Live (Live-Embrace-Love-Cherish)

Live, is what we are all busy doing. But what does live symbolise to you?

Some people may say, that they fact that we are breathing and staying alive is living.  Whilst this is completely true, I believe that there is a huge difference between staying alive, and existing compared to really Living.

We have 5 senses and to really live, we need to keep these senses fulfilled, and satisfied.  We all have different experiences, and find joy from different things.  It would be great if you could send us some ideas, on what you do to really “live” your life.

I feel my most alive when I do doing any of the following.

Sight

There are

Sound

Touch

Smell

Taste

Trish own a business called Life Retreat which is focused on Wellness, Health and Healing. She is married and the Mom of 4 amazing Adult children. ”I began my health and healing journey many years ago, and have studied my entire life. I brought up my children healthily without using medication. Thankfully they have all followed in my footsteps and have followed the healing path with their careers. I am a Yoga Teacher, and practice yoga and meditation regularly.
