Why Exercise From Home:
Being in the Covid-19 lockdown makes life extremely difficult as we are all confined to our homes. But fortunately, with technology and Social media platforms, we can Live-stream our Facebook Classes directly to you. All you need is an internet connection, a mat or a towel.
The bad news is that Coronavirus is still spreading at a rapid rate. Plus, none of us are immune to it. The good news is that the virus is not fatal unless we are elderly or have predisposed medical conditions. The best news is, the more we boost our immunities, the less likely we are to get the virus. Plus, if we do get it, a sound healthy immune system will ensure that it is not too severe and that recovery is quick.
Exercise does boost our immune systems. Life Retreat Online Studio offers various forms of Classes. All our classes are suitable for people of all ages and fitness stages. Plus, provide Nia Dancing Classes, which are great for cardio exercise and getting fit. The various Yoga Classes include Vinyasa, Hatha, Beginners, Kundalini, Restorative, Yin, and more. We offer chair Yoga classes for Disabled and elderly people. Other exercise modalities include Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation.
