The Turmeric (Curcuma longa) in the recipe possesses circulation-boosting properties. Furthermore, tumeric is both a natural anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory. Combined with cinnamon, ginger and other spices, it becomes a soothing and delicious drink that you will certainly enjoy.
