Go Green With Cooking Utensils

risoli

For the past 50 years, Italian brand Risoli has been at the forefront of the cooking-utensil industry.

Their impeccable product ranges, which should form part of any foodie’s kitchen collection, are tailored to specific types of cooking, including the Dr. Green collection in their natural-cooking line.

The Dr. Green collection, which houses a selection of superb frying- and sauce pans, sauce- and roast pots, grills and a tagine, is your go-to for natural, healthy cooking. Each die-cast aluminium product, which offers uniform heat-distribution across its surface, has a non-stick, waterbased green-stone coating to ensure that cooking is effortless and efficient. The Dr. Green by Risoli tagine is 6mm thick, 24cm wide, and can hold up to two litres.

Its special lid funnels condensation from cooking back into your food, to keep your meal wholesome and flavourful. The tagine is ideal for slow cooking over a low heat, and can be used on your stove top or in the oven. Plus, it makes a fab serving dish, too, so you can take it straight from the stove top to the table – hassle-free!

Here is a healthy recipe perfect for almost any Dr. Green pot or pan:

Maple Salmon

Directions:

Prep:Cook: Ready In:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper.
  2. Place salmon in a shallow glass baking dish, and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  4. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven, and bake salmon uncovered 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.
