Have you been experiencing stomach or chest pains lately? Before you panic, check your pants. They may be too tight.
Minor abdominal and chest pains result from wearing pants that are 3 inches too small in the waist. The name “Tight Pants Syndrome” may sound amusing, but the abdominal pressure could lead to a hiatal hernia. This is a condition in which part of the stomach pushes up into the chest.

New research has suggested that women who experience single motherhood young, face an increased risk of disability and poor health later in life. This is because being a single mother can hinder a woman’s ability to gain education, accrue careers and accumulate income, thus leading to poorer health.
My Favourite Things To Do In South Africa
Any South African knows that there is so much to do in this beautiful country that it would be almost impossible to make a list of the best ones subjectively. Even so, I have put together a list of some of my person favourites!
Give your children’s immune system a fighting chance – don’t smoke around them. Smoking at home or in the car when your children are there makes their bodies less able to fight off infections and diseases. They tend to develop asthma, colds and ear infections more often. A study found that cigarette smoke puts them at risk of bacterial meningitis. So, protect your children and kick your smoking habit or at least ensure they are not present when you smoke.
