Three Natural Arthritis Remedies That Don’t Come In A Pill

Natural Arthritis Remedies

If you suffer from joint pain, you probably rely on daily handfuls of pills to help relieve your pain. However, some days, these pills just don’t help and leave you feeling sore and miserable.

The good news is, there are natural arthritis remedies that you probably haven’t tried yet. You can now relax in a hot bath and soothe your joint pain away with these three simple remedies.

 Natural remedies for arthritis

The three ingredients I’m about to tell you about will help change your warm bath into a healing sanctuary. In fact, a bath is the perfect way to soak up these nutrients. So, soak in a relaxing bath with these special ingredients to get natural relief from your joint pain and swelling.

1. Apple cider vinegar bath

An apple cider bath helps soothe inflammation from gout and arthritis. This is due to the calcium, magnesium, phosphorous and potassium it contains that help relieve joint pain. Apple cider vinegar also contains the anti-oxidants; acetic acid and beta-carotene that help soothe the pain away.

Add one to two cups of apple cider vinegar to your hot bath water just before bedtime. The apple cider will make you sweat so it’s important to sip on water while you soak in the bath for at least 30 minutes.

2. Epsom salt bath

The digestive system doesn’t easily absorb magnesium when you take it in the form of supplements. This is because stomach acid makes the supplements of magnesium ineffective. The advantage of taking the Epsom salt bath is that it is more readily absorbed into the body.  The magnesium in the Epsom salt helps repair strained muscles and tendons in the joints, as well as soothe pain.

3. Aromatherapy oils bath

Adding a few drops of any of these oils to your bath to help increase blood flow to your joints and soothe joint pain. You can try any of them individually or combine two or three until you find a blend that works. Cedarwood, peppermint, rosemary, eucalyptus, nutmeg, lavender, yarrow, sage, cloves, black pepper, sweet marjoram, bay laurel, juniper berry and cinnamon leaf. You can also purchase a 100% pure concentrated blend of Cinnamon, Cinnamon Leaf, Spearmint and Peppermint from our online store.

Sometimes, you just need a little extra help managing your joint pain and these bath remedies are a great alternative. Plus, they’re a great way to take some time off and rest your aching joints.
