A smooth and creamy iced coffee martini cocktail made with Antonella Tuscan Tiramisu, perfect for this Summer.
In this recipe i used Antonella Tuscan Tiramisu because it is a creamy rich drink with a coffee nose, subtle undertones of biscuit, caramel and vanilla.
The popular coffee-flavoured Italian dessert – Tiramisu, which has the meaning “pick me up” or “lift me up”, inspired this cream liqueur.
ICED TUSCAN TIRAMISU COFFEE COCKTAIL
1 x shot espresso (Use skinny-green-coffee for a healthier option)
2 x Antonella Tuscan Tiramisu shots
Method 1 (Iced):
Using a cocktail shaker, filled with lots of ice, pour in the espresso shot (let it cool off a bit first), then the Tiramisu liqueur and shake it until it forms an ice layers on the outside of the mixer. Strain it in a martini glass, and decorate with coffee beans.
FROZEN TUSCAN TIRAMISU COFFEE COCKTAIL
2 scoops Ice Cream (chocolate/coffee/vanilla flavour)
*Use Laloo’s Deep Chocolate Ice cream for a healthier option. It’s smooth & low in calories, made with goat milk , very rich. Goat milk’s fat content is similar to cow milk’s, but it has smaller fat molecules (so there’s no need to add cream).
Method 2 (Frozen):
Instead of using a shaker, mix all the ingredients in a blender:
First put in the ice, then the ice cream, coffee and liqueur. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
