The new year is here, and if you are anything like me, you have already begun your new year’s resolutions. Before we bare our bodies in our New year’s fashion, we all want to be thin, fit, tanned etc etc. The list could go on, and on.
Some of us stick to these plans and resolutions, but most of us will fail. So that brings me to this article. I want to help you, and indeed me, to stick to these fitness goals over the coming months.
